I'm not a coach who read a book about startups. I built the largest Houston small business resource database. I teach at the top-ranked entrepreneurship program in the country. This is the session. We get on a call (or meet in person), I pull up the whiteboard, and we map your business from the ground up. Common Questions

Why only 5 spots per quarter?

I teach at UH, I run this resource platform, and I give each Sprint client my full attention including pre-work review and post-session deliverables. Five per quarter is what I can do at the level of quality I require.

Can I just do the retainer without the Sprint?

No. The Sprint is where I learn your business inside and out. Without that foundation, the retainer calls would be surface-level — and that's not what I do.

What if you can't help me?

That's what the discovery call is for. If your problem is outside my expertise, I'll tell you on that call and connect you with the right person. I know the Houston business ecosystem better than anyone — if I'm not the answer, I know who is.

Is this virtual or in-person?

Both. Virtual sessions use Zoom and a shared whiteboard. In-person sessions are available in the Houston area. Same quality either way.

I'm pre-revenue. Is this too early for me?

Not necessarily — I've helped founders at the idea stage through the SURE Program and in my own work. What matters is that you have a real concept and you're ready to act on what we map out. The discovery call will sort that out.
